It’s really hard staying on track but i’m going try my best. I’m going to cook my own food. I eat but i’m never satisfied. I’m still hungry. :/ i hate the feeling of regret after eating sweets and then i have to work out hard to get it off. Never getting anywhere if i’m doing that. Buying my own George formen grill and sticking to my plan. I try to take whey when i don’t have enough proteins in my meal but thats only if i have to. I need more money. I’m going try to keep my commitment. If not,i’m going to switch it up again. Ahhhhhhhhh! Looking up mimi’s recipes.
